Conveniently located at the same hotel as the FenderBender shop management conference, The Ratchet + Wrench conference presented speakers and panelists who addressed some of the auto care industry’s most pressing concerns. Solving the problems of a possible technician shortage and potentially low employee morale were discussed as well as strategies to increase sales and retain quality-driven customers.
